Halloween Crafts

Halloween brings with itself the aura of spookiness, fright, and fear. The thought of the presence of evil spirits around us makes us want to stay at home covered in our blankets and not turning our eyes towards the windows. Every one of us prepares for Halloween with great excitement that augments with each passing year. It makes us feel better to welcome the spirits rather than being afraid of them and hiding in our rooms. Deciding on Halloween costumes, Halloween appetizers and all the other elements that make Halloween special is very fun and pleasurable. While kids enjoy the most in preparation for Halloween, Some Halloween crafts and arts activities should be made a part of the plan so that children can create something on their own and have fun at the same time.

Puffy Ghost

Halloween is all about ghosts and spirits, to make the foreign entities entering our world feel at home. We can create their imaginary structures by merely using a cardboard sheet, cotton balls, and black paper. Cut the cardboard in ghost’s shape, stick the cotton balls, let them dry and then cut eyes and mouth from the black sheet and hold it on the cotton balls. There you go, you have a puffy ghost ready, hang it anywhere you like and welcome Halloween.

Spider Web Plates

Spiders creep us out on regular days, then why won’t they be a part of Halloween. We often make spiders but how about let our children make spider webs and let them feel special by allowing them to do that only a spider can do. It isn’t a challenging task. You will need a paper plate, white yarn, a punch machine and a spider sticker. First punch holes in the paper plate, let the kids pass the white thread in any direction. When the web is complete, stick the spider in the plate. The spider web plate is ready.
